Order Status
Order Confirmation and Tracking Numbers
You will receive an order confirmation email within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise.
You will also receive a shipping notification email when your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.
Finally, you will receive a delivery confirmation email when your package has been delivered.

Purchase History
If you have an llbean.com account, you can view your purchase history online. This helpful feature shows all recent online, retail and phone purchases and is a handy reference for items you may want to order again.

Backorders
Check Status of Backordered Items
Whenever possible, we will show up-to-date status information about your backordered items on the Purchase History and Order Tracking pages. For most orders, you can find the estimated ship date for your backordered item.
To cancel a backorder, click the "Cancel Item" button next to the corresponding item. If you don't see this button, or if you wish to make other changes to your backorder, please contact us.
Backorders Shipping
To the US
Backordered items are shipped using the same service as the initial order. In most cases, you can expect delivery 2-5 business days after the item becomes available. Delivery might take longer for some items.
To Canada
Backordered items are shipped via Standard Shipping. In most cases, you can expect delivery 3 to 11 business days after the item becomes available. Delivery might take longer for some items.
Outside the US and Canada
Backordered items shipping outside the US and Canada are shipped via International Airmail. In most cases, you can expect delivery 2-3 weeks after the item becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, the backordered portion will be shipped at no additional charge. Delivery might take longer for some items.
