Web Browsers and Settings
When shopping on your computer, we recommend you use the most current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge. Previous versions of these browsers may not be compatible with our site, which might prevent you from making a purchase. Free downloads available below:
Monitor Settings
If you have to scroll to get a full view of our pages, try setting your monitor to a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. To change monitor settings:
- PC Users: Go to Start menu > Control Panel > Display > Settings, or right-click on your desktop and select Screen Resolution (in Windows XP, select Properties > Settings)
- Mac Users: Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Displays and select resolution
JavaScript
JavaScript is required for certain areas of our website, including checkout. JavaScript is enabled by default in most browsers, but if you're having trouble ordering, you might need to change your browser's "Security" or "Content" settings to enable JavaScript.
Cookies
Your browser has to be set to accept cookies before you can place an order at llbean.com. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but if you're having trouble ordering, you may need to change settings to enable cookies. To enable cookies:
PC Users
• Firefox: Tools > Options > History. Select "Use custom settings for history" from dropdown, then check the boxes "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies."
• Google Chrome: Go to Options > Under the Hood and select Content settings. Under Cookies, select "Allow local data to be set." Make sure that the "Ignore exceptions and block third party cookies from being sent" and "Clear cookies and other site and plug-in data when I close my browser" boxes are not selected.
Mac Users
• OSX, Safari: On the top toolbar, select Preferences > Security.
