L.L.Bean Outdoor Discovery Programs offer a variety of activities, from introductory lessons and multiday excursions to custom adventures, group outings and more. You can view, browse and book your next experience online or call us 1-800-552-3261.
You will receive an email confirming your reservation. If you have any questions or do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, give us a call at 1-888-552-3261 or email odprograms@llbean.com.
Cancellation/Reschedule and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call us right away at 1-888-552-3261. The amount of your refund or credit towards another course will depend on the date you notify us of your need to cancel or reschedule

L.L.Bean does not usually cancel events due to inclement weather. However, we reserve the right to cancel an event at any time due to severe weather, low enrollment or other concerns. If L.L.Bean cancels your event, you will receive a full refund for the cost of your reservation. All refunds will be in the form of the original transaction. L.L.Bean shall not be responsible or liable for other expenses incurred by the participant as a result of such a cancellation.
